Stephanie Weinstein

Stephanie Weinstein is an industry expert at pricing real estate and takes great pride in her impressive track record for selling her clients’ homes over list price. Stephanie is highly decorated within Coldwell Banker Realty. She has earned trips and accolades, but the true reward for her is the positive feedback and referrals she receives from her family, friends and clients. She has stated many times, “The relationship does not end at the closing table. Forming lifelong friendships with so many of my clients is what I love most about my profession!”

Stephanie’s business growth has necessitated scalability. Recognizing this, she created The Weinstein Team. This team quickly became the number one team in the office. Understanding the merits of a team concept, Stephanie then partnered with Meredith Keach of the Keach Realty Group to form one of the largest teams in Coldwell Banker Realty. Meredith Keach

Meredith Keach brings enthusiasm into her work. Her positive energy and attitude are contagious in both her personal and professional life. The combination of her advanced education, public relations, marketing, advertising experience and over 20 years of success selling real estate, as well as her belief that life is meant to be enjoyed, creates a pleasant atmosphere, putting her clients and colleagues at ease.

Meredith is actively involved in her community. She serves on multiple boards, including the Easton Recreation Commission, the Community Preservation Commission and the Edwin A. Keach Memorial Foundation.

Alexa Weinstein

Alexa Weinstein, a local area expert, was inspired by her top-producing mother Stephanie Weinstein to launch her own successful career in real estate. Alexa brings years of measured sales success to Weinstein Keach. Her greatest strengths are in her abilities to listen and communicate both verbally and in written form. Alexa has developed a keen sense for cross-channel social media content strategy, is a creative dealmaker and problem-solver and is devoted to providing her clients the very best service possible.

Having worked with children and young adults for many years, Alexa’s charitable endeavors have been centered around pediatric cancer research. She and her colleague Brooke have collectively hosted sold-out events and raised thousands of dollars for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

When she isn’t hosting an open house or searching for the perfect property for her clients, you can find Alexa trying out fabulous new restaurants, spending time with friends and family or watching a juicy episode of The Real Housewives. Most importantly, Alexa is light and fun. It is a true pleasure to be in her company and share her infectious laugh.

Brooke Imbornone

Brooke Imbornone, an experienced agent with Coldwell Banker Realty, joins Weinstein Keach with marketing experience, an infectious personality and, of course, professionalism. She earned a degree in Marketing from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business and has additionally gathered vast marketing knowledge from working in a variety of marketing roles for major industry clients.

With encouragement from friends and family, Brooke became a licensed real estate agent able to apply her passion for marketing, tenacious spirit and zest for life to ensure not only her success in real estate sales, but most importantly in realizing her clients’ real estate dreams. Her local knowledge spans from every corner of the city of Boston to all along the South Shore.

In her free time, you can find Brooke trying out new recipes in the kitchen, spending time with friends and family, watching just about anything on Bravo and, of course, shopping. She is known to remain ahead of the trends and loves to inspire those around her.

Cathy Walsh

For many years, Cathy worked as a small business consultant where she partnered with business owners to leverage various banking products and services that enabled their company’s growth, performance and streamlined efficiency. Prior to business banking, Cathy opened one of the first “paint your own pottery” studios in the country. She successfully operated Ceramics a la Carte for 16 years with locations in Easton and Canton. Cristina Cabral

A native of Southeastern Massachusetts, Cristina earned a post-graduate degree in School Psychology at the University of Massachusetts - Boston. She then worked as a school psychologist in her community for 20 years. Her vast experience working with others is ideal for identifying each client’s desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals.

Cristina carries the values of hard work, integrity and outstanding client service into everything she does. Tony Soares

Tony Soares brings over 25 years of sales and management experience to Weinstein Keach. Prior to real estate sales, the bulk of Tony’s career was spent working collaboratively with teams toward a common goal. He is always focused on doing what’s right. An effective communicator, Tony is an experienced and empathetic listener. He often says, “listening is usually the most important part of a conversation.” Tony has traveled far and wide (37 different countries), is multi-lingual (English, Cape Verdean Creole, Portuguese and Spanish) and understands the dynamics and nuances of custom changes from working with individuals from Latin America, Europe and Asia. He has owned real estate in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and has sold real estate from Springfield to the South Shore. One of Tony’s strengths is his ability to multi-task. Tony was born in the Boston area. He is first-generation American with much of his family from the Cape Verdean islands off the coast of West Africa. He takes great pride in the family he grew up in and the one he created. He is one of nine siblings, and he is father to three beautiful girls. In addition to being a proud “girl dad,” he is blessed with a grandson named London. When he is not working, Tony enjoys a home project like painting or laying ceramic tile. Samantha Godfrey

Samantha Godfrey prides herself on the details. She is service-oriented, tenacious and has strong negotiation skills. Samantha has been selling real estate for over seven years. She is licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire and specializes in residential, commercial and investment real estate. Growing up Godfrey powered Samantha with a strong business acumen. For over a decade she has worked in many roles in her family-run businesses, Godfrey Auto Inc. and Godfrey Enterprises, one of the most highly respected auto repair and towing companies in Massachusetts. In her downtime, you will often find Samantha exploring the Lakes Region of New Hampshire or camping in Maine.
